Hémar

Pierre Hémar has been named president of Ileos, following Oaktree Capital Management’s acquisition of the company, which was announced on January 2. Hémar will work with a streamlined management team. Ileos will be reorganized into two divisions: Ileos Beauty, which includes Axilone and Bioplan and will be managed by Ludovic Anceau, and Ileos Graphic, comprised of Alliora and Packetis, to be headed up by Philippe Declerck.
